At this point, the rebel victory in Libya looks certain. Reports from last night state that Gaddafi and his family have fled the country as rebels start their assault on the capital of Tripoli. And one of the people that has made that possible is a 19 year old Irish citizen of Libyan descent named Tareg Gazel.
