of course they did. The presence of foreigners in developing countries increases the amount of sex trafficking in that area. US military bases abroad are major sources of income for child prostitution rings. In fact, some would go as far to say that human trafficking is what keeps the US military afloat in the Middle East. Even employees of the United Nations in conflict areas traffic the very people they are there to protect, jesus fucking christ. Remember that 18yr old Haitian boy that was raped by UN peacekeepers back in 2011, WHILE THEY FILMED HIM AND LAUGHED?
This is why I hate that I majored in International Relations in college, because I can only work for organizations that COVER UP the sexual crimes they are supposed to eliminate. We live in a fucked up world. I hate everybody.
